This is now the second war my faction has won since the new matchmaking system has come out. We have won both wars, and both times neither faction moved up or down. Does this mean that all factions are landlocked in a bracket based on their stats? I feel a system that punishes a faction for not having enough stats, despite having a solid winning record, doesn’t make sense.How do we move up?

Could I interest you in a job in my ethically sourced Private Security Firm?
I’m looking for players with a stat range of 70k-140k total working stats. And at least one player with around 110k Man and 55k End which would start out at top out pay of 3 mil a day.
Pay would be 15x your two highest stats up to 3mil/day and would be adjusted automatically each month!! With an initial signing bonus of 2 mil!!

I own what is currently a 3 furniture store. I aim ti get it to around 5 and then look at selling it. So the big question is, how do you, as a person who has spent the time to grow the company. Determine the value of the company.
is it based purely on the value that torn assigns to it. Or do we also factor in the employees, so long as they plan to stay in? I know there’s invisible caps that determine if your company is capable of promoting to the next star. So is the sale of the company without employees also a viable option. Lots of factors to consider. I’d love to hear input from a few different perspectives. I’ve still got months before I’m even considering selling.
