I know a start up faction is hard and takes time but here's what I offer.
OC payout- 90% split ( a 3 man team gets 30% each and a 6 man will get 15% each)
war payouts- 100% paid out ofter xan deductions.
we would most likely need to make a loss deal till we're stronger but I'm willing for us to try if we feel we can win
