I've developed a web-based tool called Spoils of War to help faction leaders automate the tedious process of calculating ranked war payouts. If you're tired of manual spreadsheets and cross-referencing multiple chain reports, this tool is designed to handle the heavy lifting for you.
The tool uses a "top-down" financial logic to ensure your armory and active hitters are prioritized:
It takes the Gross Winnings.
Deducts your Vault Cut (e.g., 5%).
Deducts Chain Bonuses based on your specific rate (e.g., $200k per hit).
Distributes the Remaining Pool based on the Score/Respect percentage earned in the War Report.
Key Features:
1. Grouped CSV Support: Designed specifically to read the "Grouped" export format from Torn. It automatically detects your faction and filters out the enemy. 2. Multiple Chain Reports: You can upload multiple CSV chain reports at once. The tool aggregates the hits so members get their full bonus across all chains. 3. Detailed Ledger: Separates "War Hits" from "Chain Hits" so members can see exactly how their payout was calculated. 4. Bulletin Formatter: Includes a "Copy to Bulletin" feature that generates a BBCode table ready to paste into your faction news. 5.Auto-Formatting: The input fields automatically add commas and dollar signs as you type to prevent input errors.
Privacy & Security:
This tool is 100% client-side. Your CSV data and financial figures are processed entirely within your browser. No data is ever sent to a server, stored, or tracked. It does not require an API key, making it a safe alternative for leaders who prefer working with raw exports.
Instructions:
Enter your Gross Winnings and Faction Tax.
Upload your War Report CSV.
Select your faction from the dropdown menu.
Upload your Chain CSVs (optional).
Click Calculate Distribution and copy the results.
I'm looking for feedback from other players. If there are specific features you'd like to see added (like bonus tiers or different tax logic), please let me know!
Decided to try my hand at GFX for the first time, and this is the result.
I've bought and collected quite a few pieces of GFX on Torn over time, but I've never actually tried creating something myself until now. Figured it was finally time to give it a shot.
This is very much me testing the waters. I'm still figuring out my style, what works, what doesn't, and where I can improve.
So I'd genuinely appreciate some feedback from the GFX community and anyone else who happens to stumble across this thread.
What do you like? What could be improved? What would you have done differently? Would you actually use/buy something in this style?
Don't feel like you need to sugarcoat it either. Constructive criticism is exactly what I'm looking for — I'd rather know what needs work so the next one can be better.
If people like what I'm making, I'll probably keep experimenting and post more pieces as I improve.
🩸 CRIMSON MANDATE 🩸 [RW-focused | Discipline-driven | New faction]
Crimson Mandate is a newly formed, war-first faction built on discipline, coordination, and accountability.
This faction is starting from the ground up. I am currently the founder and leader, and I am recruiting players who want to help build something serious rather than join an already-established group.
⚔️ What we stand for: • War-first mentality • Planned wars and clean chains • Coordination over chaos • Effort over ego
🔥 Expectations: • Mandatory participation in faction wars • Follow chain instructions and hit windows • Xanax usage expected during wars • Communicate availability and cooldowns • Stay active during war periods
🚫 Not tolerated: • Freeloading • Random hits during chains
🎯 Who should apply: • New or experienced players willing to war • Players who want to grow with a faction • Hungry, active members who value structure • Stats matter — effort matters more
If you’re tired of inactive factions or want to be part of building an organized RW faction from the start, message me.
I had TornTools and Tampermonkey disabled and still didnt have access to the tab. Providing a screenshot below. I use Chrome but somehow I can access the tab when using PDA.
