This is more of an "issue" report. Can we get an update on Bookie 3.0 or at least possibly considering freezing horse racing bets and removing the 10m limit on the other sports? The "abuse" that was used for the Horse bets can't be used as much (if at all) in American Football and the other sports. Last American Football season was screwed up and now this season is trashed too. It's really getting old fast.
If you know anything about RL sports betting, you know that not all bookies move their lines at the same time or even to the same odds. So it's very normal to see Bookie A move their odds lower and Bookie B and Bookie C keep their odds the same. Why does this matter? Well it's ok for Torn to have a 10 minute delay on odds in NON Horse Racing bets. It won't make that much of a difference in the other sports. Mainly because the other sports don't have huge payouts like Horse Racing does. Even if a team's quarterback doesn't start, player's won't be able to take huge advantage of the delay like they did the Horses. Sure, you'll have a few players that might make big bets on that team, but there is still a risk involved and the payout won't be that huge because there will not be a huge drop or rise in odds. You just don't large line/odd movement in American Football/Soccer/etc.
Just please consider removing the 10m limit, or at least remove horse racing bets (for now) and raise the betting limit to 100m or 200m. 10m is a joke.

If you're in the negative, you can't run flowers, drugs, trade, gamble, etc.
While you're in the negative you would have to use energy to generate money to climb out of the hole (sell losses or do revives) or sell what you have.
Once you get back into the positive then you can continue your game. However, before you make a transaction with another player (sell/trade/RR) you have to ask the other player for their social security number (or other resident status #), Date of Birth, Place of Birth,1 non-expired state/government issued photo ID, 3 non related references, 2 utility bills and current address (last 2 addresses if the player has lived at the current address for less than 2 years). Once you collect all of that information then you must verify it all checks out. If everything is good, then go ahead and make the sell/trade/RR game.

During the latest Valorant tournament (1 e-sport) Shroud streamed the tournament and held a viewership of over 100,000 viewers consistently with over 300,000 viewers for the final. And this was just ONE streamer and only ONE tournament. It wasn't even the tour championship (that is in DEC). I'd also like to point out, there were no giveaways during those streams. And that is just Valorant. Valorant isn't even the most popular e-sport.
The first month that the arrest option was available people were getting arrested for 10s of millions on a regular basis. Now your avg Most Wanted list has a few $2,000,000 arrest on there and then it goes down to the $1,000,000 area. Every now & then you'll catch somebody on the list north of $3,000,000.
