Why is the longer bond paying a lower APR? Will they be cutting interest rates in the future or something silly and they are already factoring it in?

Poker Export Logs · · 0 likes

Hi Friends,

Wins export with pots won.

Can we implement the Poker Loss to also export a "data.value" based on the amount lost? I could care less what my data.opponent_cards were, but to have the data.value output as $0 regardless of the loss seems odd to me.

12:26:45 - 12/09/25 You started the Computer Security and Defense course which cost $3,200 and will take 16d 19h 12m
12:31:05 - 12/09/25 You sold 40,000x West Side University shares at $104.00 each for a total of $4,155,840 after $4,160 in fees
12:31:53 - 12/09/25 You sold 360,000x West Side University shares at $104.00 each for a total of $37,402,560 after $37,440 in fees
600,000 remaining stock on hand

You are taking the Computer Security and Defense education course.
This course will be completed in 15 days, 13 hours, 26 minutes, and 25 seconds (29.09.2025 03:38:43).

Sept 12th to Sept 29th is 19.6 days.

The unadjusted course length is 28 days.

I was expecting a length of (28 * (1 - 0.2 merit - 0.1 cheat sheet - 0.1 stock benefit) = 16.8 days

Instead I only got (28 * (1 - 0.2 merit - 0.1 cheat sheet) = 19.6 days

May you please look into why my education duration was longer than what I expected it to be? Do I have to maintain the stock holding for the duration of the education? Can you confirm if my cheat sheet is enabled?

Im sure they know, and this is fact, if they want tournaments to fire they can have set times and garunteed payouts regardless of how many people sign up (so like $X in prizing even if only 1 person signs up). This is what they do in IRL poker near me.

[Closed, a dev has been found. Thanks friends.]

Hi Friends,

I'm looking for a developer and accepting bids to create a script or extension that modifies the Torn City poker interface (local only, Chrome-based, single-user) so that all Torn dollar ($Torn) values in the Torn poker table display instead show their equivalent in a local functional currency (USD, CAD, other), based on the current Torn donation pack exchange rate live at the table. The current $Torn and Big Blind button don't do it for me.

Scope of Work
Inputs: User manually adds the FX Rate
Player information at the poker table/logs of the bets, as noted in the outputs.

Outputs: Live Target Elements on the Poker Table UI, consisting of the following

  1. Player balance (as an example, $23,500,000 $Torn should output as $5.40 CAD or $3.95 USD )
  2. Player bets in front of them (as an example, $1,000,000 $Torn raise should output as $0.23 CAD or $0.17 USD)
  3. Other players’ balances (up to 9 other players) (Similar to 1)
  4. Log entries showing amounts (showing the amounts from 2)
  5. Pot (cumulative of bets) (showing the cumulative amounts from 2)

Items specifically outside the scope of work:

When placing a bet, the user must place the bet in $Torn rather than functional currency so no modification of the original poker betting interface needs to be changed.

If you can add "$X.XX to call" that would be great.

Functionality Requirements:

  • Auto-updates in real time as values change during gameplay.

  • Works entirely locally in Chrome (userscript or extension).

  • No server calls or external dependencies.

Deliverables

  • Complete, readable source code (no encryption or obfuscation).
  • Installation and usage instructions.
  • Simple guidance on how to update the exchange rate.

Ownership & Rights

  • Perpetual, personal-use license — I can use the code forever on my own devices.
  • Right to make modifications for personal use (e.g., if Torn updates its UI).
  • Must function entirely locally without relying on your server, license checks, or external activation.

Bidding Instructions

  • You can PM bids to me at https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=3664613
  • When providing a bid, please include:
  • Your total fixed price in $Torn, and the milestone(s) you wish to be paid at.
  • Other projects you have created.
  • Delivery timeframe.
  • Time required to produce a demo (e.g., just the player balance conversion).

Happy to discuss details over a call if needed.

Edit: Bidding will end on Thursday August 14th 2025.

Upside is 1.3M respect which is better than the 500k and 600k factions for noobs. Downside is there are 2M or 3M or 4M respect factions. With that being said overall this is a cool faction would recommend joining.

I wanted to clarify if HUDs are allowed, same goes for RTA. My thoughts are that if blatant collusion and multitabling at the same table is allowed then client-side HUDs should be be okay.

If either HUDs or RTA is not allowed can you guys let me know?

Comment to Work on Poker King Merit ·

If I have the royal flush but I know my opponent has nothing, do I still get rewarded in terms of points for winning with a 'good hand' if they fold, or do I have to get it to showdown to get rewarded?

Like a bad beat jackpot, should I 'check it down' to ensure I get the points?

To speed up the game you can shoot yourself twice instead of only once. It's an advanced technique though.

[Closed] Torn City Poker Currency Visual Scripts ·

My current live solution is using physical poker chips ($5 as $0.05CAD , $25 as $0.25 CAD, $100 as $1 USD but it is a hassle.

The script would help automate my stack management. Also, saying something like $70,000,000 Torn dollar raise is meaningless to me, but if you share that it is a $20 raise it means something to me and it would help me visualize it instead of running it in my head.

Unrelated to this project but maybe relevant, seeing the dollar amount I am going to bet helps me make sure that said bet makes sense. I will still have to enter the amount in Big Blinds or Torn Dollar but to physically lay out the chips first and count it out helps, instead of blindling punting out a raise or snapping off a call.

Part of the inputs to that decision is the other player's stack and the pot size, which I would like this script to display in USD, so I can make the conversion easier, as I said, without having to do mental gymnastics on the exchange rates.

Another relatable example is if someone jams at hobo table for $5,000 torn dollars, that is less than $0.01 USD so of course you call with any two cards just see if they were bluffing. On the same level, I want to expand that idea up to the other tables without doing mental math.

[Closed] Torn City Poker Currency Visual Scripts ·

Looking for someone to write me a script. Yes I have a few bids in already.

The purpose is to know if its "only 50cents to call" or "the pot is only $20 USD dont worry about the millions".
