I'm renting a PI with 4525 happiness currently, will upgrade to max when I get someone to split bills with.

Looking for a 50-50 split. My current deal is 25M for 31d, maxed upkeep (252,5k) + rent (25M / 31= 806k) is about 1,05M/day, split evenly. So according to my calculations, your split will be 529,25k/ day.
