Have to agree, I don't see the actual improvement from this.

Traveling is a beautiful function especially for trading, but beside purchasing/investing, there is not much else to do or a reason to stay a long time abroad. I know that the idea of TORN is to stay the most of time in TORN, but I think that the universe could be expanded easily with a tons of extra activities, creating for example a real estate market in other cities too.

My main idea, anyway, even if the potential of a dynamic world to explore and conquest is unlimited, is the chance to learn specific fight styles only in specific countries.
Let me provide you a list, as example:

This could create new gym trainings and combat styles and merits based on the progresses. And, can be developed like the Education Course, but based on the single country.

Bonus idea: competitions and arena for this kind of duels, with ranked or friendly fights.

This could open new countries, develope the world and provide new challenges even to old players.

I received literally 0 eggs checking for 2 days. My bro opened the PC close to me and had more than 10, without even trying.

I am pretty new to TORNE, and honestly after years and years of experience with any kind of games, I heard of it only because I was introduced to it from a friend.

I decided to give it a try, and to be a browser game, I have to confess that has beautiful dynamics and can be pretty addictive, without requiring a crazy time of time per day. Can be hardcore, can be chill. Now, there are already thousands of player in “endgame” with crazy stats, probably super attached to the Torn they used to know in the last years, but as a newbie, I immediately recognised the potential the game actually has and why built a so strong community of daily players.

The point of TORN is that has strong mechanics - but in the long term can be ripetitive (I am not claiming is not funny). At the same time, with the crimes,  pvp and pve, casino, racing ecc I have to confess that everything is pretty solid.

But, thinking about old games and what I personally like, here is some ideas I have. I am not confident any of them would be taken in consideration, but is worth a shot for anyone will have the same idea or has the same passions.



DRUGS:

I understand  that TORN skipped on purpose the most common drugs, to avoid any kind of problem and influence on his community. Understandable, even tho the potential and the quantity of them would be a super nice innovation for trading, stats and mechanics of the gameplay.
I will skip, I have seen a lot of threads in the past providing suggestions about that.




SCAMS/CRIMES and CRYPTO!



I think that here again there are a crazy multiple scenarios that could be added, only the fantasy and the effort of the developers is the limit.
But I am reeeeally into cryptocurrencies, and I really think that this need to be added to a game like Torn. The scenarios, again, are crazy.
BITCOIN FARM (Or, why do not create a TORN-COIN? 🐂) can provide a new market and challenge the stock market, legit or not. (Can be a crime, can be a whole new chapter).
Memecoins, rugpools, or maybe a whole company style? There are many chance to provide even new jobs. Building a new exchange, a new project, or print your own stable coin? The fantasy is the limit. I really think this can be an innovative and crazy good adding.

CRIMES… AND SPORT!

Why not? 

Ok, we have the races. And they are cool, while mugging and travelling, is always nice to have your own car racing and winning some good money, modding it and challenging other players.
But hear me out: maybe because I am European, but I am really into football (or soccer, call it as you prefer). And everyone knows how much money are in this sport. Or, take the same for basketball, hockey, whatever you wish.
Imagine a Torn in sports too. I had to ideas: a (choose the sport developers like) team, or to manage and help to win with every possible method, or a team but built by players themselves.
Is like a company, but instead of having workers, you have players using their statistics to fight in the field, winning and competing for the glory.
Or, without players directly involved, imagine committing crimes in the sports: paying the referee, betting on matches, fixing stuff, corrupting players. Any sport is fine. Is like having a whole game. I know is a lot, I don’t expect will be taken in consideration, but to me, this sounds soooo good.

And, by the order to the Peaky Blinders… why don’t introduce Horse Races? Same thing: betting, fixing, corrupting… you can run your horse/or have it as minigame similar to the cars. But, bum! A whole market of horses, drugs for horses… is crazy guys. And no real horses would be hurt.



I am sorry for the long post and my English, that is not my native language. 

This idea are just random thoughts of someone that is loving this game and has a long experience in many others, and is actually a sucker for manager games (football manager coff coff) - but my experience goes back since Mafia Wars on Facebook, Ogame, BitFight, Travian, any kind of browser could make fell a drop from a 30/40 years old guy thinking about the good old days.

Will post new ideas, hoping that I did not bother anyone and provided some good inspiration.
