I was mugged and I decided to check them out to potentially retaliate. I got error messages that said I "couldn't attack them because they were new" but they're higher ranked than me and just seem way ahead of me. Is there a reason someone who be marked "new" nd therefore be untouchable even with ridiculous stats?

Random Fact : When I went to Japan, my brother took me to a museum dedicated entirely to rocks that look like human faces. Its called Chinsekikan, and its in Chichibu. The name means "Hall of Curious Rocks." They have over 1,700 naturally occurring stones that resemble human faces—completely uncarved! (Its really inexpensive and the sweetest lady showed us around. Language was a bit of a barrier, but google translate helped a bunch!)
