I've noticed this issue several times when stacking energy. If I take a xanax at zero energy, I will receive an notification hours later saying "Energy full, energy has reached 150/150." I am assuming this notification triggers when my energy WOULD have been full had I not taken a xanax. Instead I am receiving a notification when my energy has already been overfull for quite a while.

Having read through this thread, I can infer the answer to my question but I want to have it on the record.

Within my faction Discord, I often incentivize my members to contribute more to RWs by offering giveaways that are only available to the top 5 scorers. In this case, it differs from a typical raffle as they do not directly buy in via monetary means or by sending items, but one could argue that their "buy-in" is added time and effort that they may not have expended had the promise of the giveaway/raffle not been there. It's not exactly a giveaway (which is free and approved under this ruleset) because you expend time and effort to qualify, but it's also not a traditional raffle.

My initial thought is that this would fall under "torn-related content," but it is technically hosted via a third party. Thoughts?

In case anyone was wondering, somehow the bug was being caused by an extension I had that turns any website into dark mode. Not sure why that would interfere with the icons on the torn webpage, but I tested each extension I had downloaded and that one was the culprit.

Now that I've experimented with it a little more, it's happening even when I have torntools disabled. I'll try with all extensions disabled and if that doesn't fix it, I'll make an actual bug report. Sorry for wasting your time.

1. Yes I did try refreshing, it did not fix the issue
2. The icons are missing on the "my faction" page, accessed by this link or clicking on the faction icon in my information panel. Actually, it seems like it doesn't matter what page I navigate to. Sometimes the icons are there, sometimes they aren't. Even if I navigate to the same page several times I get different outcomes each time.
3. I am using the legacy sidebar.

The issue persists.

I noticed there were some icons missing from the top of my screen. Disabling torntools made them reappear.
