with so many intertational atention about Ebola, how about a new type of crime where youre paid to drop a desease like antrax, ebola or other rare ones.

how the crimes are made? Maybe deploing on Torn city whaters or infiltrating on city buildings trought the ventilation, food delirevy system, casino tokens or poker cards...

Plus, how about if doing this crimes could afect random people who are online when someone performs the crime?
