Why would you send these items instead of setting up a trade? It makes no sense. Also it looks like you don't understand how blocks work.
This looks a lot like Wade ran to the forums to make false accusations without understanding the facts.

Immediately after I made this post I started getting private messages from the friends that he scammed saying that he finally reached out to them. It looks like this scammer is going to try to clean up the mess that he created, but remember he's only doing it under pressure.

Yes, since we start with a limit of 10 bounties, and some people want to place more than 10 bounties, there's a market for selling some of your bounty slots. I'm not sure how strong that market is or the best place to advertise.
