This is a simple one so I'm not gonna make it long.
I would like to see the option to add description to companies, similarly to factions. There is already an edit profile tab on the job page, but you can only change the company name and the profile image. What I'm missing is a text box where I can write a few lines.
I don't think this would be difficult to implement, and would be a nice touch if people could personalise their companies a little bit.
I apologose if this idea has already came up, but I couldn't find it using the search function.
There is a huge difference in profitability based on the company type.
From my own experience, a company can be built and starred up without education and stocks, but it takes much longer. And it also helps if you know what you're doing. Profitability is a different matter.
I used to run a clothing store which I spent all my money on. The only profit I made was when I sold the company. Then Property Broker made me huge money, but mostly from its specials. Any of my employees could do that, you don't have to be a director to use the specials.
If your aim is to make money by daily company income that requires huge investment, and the competition will be more fierce as well, so I would definitely recommend education and stocks then.
I don't consider owning a company a good source of income, I just enjoy building them. Of course if you manage to star up and then sell a company for profit that's good, buts that's more of a long term investment than a profitable business.

Or it could be just a really simple add-on, similar to hunting.
Just spend some energy to fish, there is a fishing rod and trout already, we could go with these and maybe some random junk coming out of the water sometimes. Leather boots or stuff like that. Fishing skill similar to hunting, maybe some associated merits.
I don't think waiting for a few hours timer plus spending nerve to produce one Xanax would cause the drug prices to crash. Flying out and bringing in dozens all at once would still be the first go-to idea for everyone.
I think the idea is good and it matches the rest of the game nicely. I'm actually surprised there is no drug production option in this game yet.
