This is nothing to do with mugging. It's to do with giving everyone access to vault functionality.
That isn't what this suggestion is about and is already a function on the main page of the forums...

As I previously said I'm specifically talking about the process of depositing/withdrawing cash. I want the functionality of a vault (ability to deposit/withdraw a specific amount) without the variance of stocks.

I already explained in my original post - so you don't need to keep it in stocks. You could have a smallish amount to use on daily things like casino wheels/pharmacy. Buying/selling random stocks with daily liquid cash is weird. I want the functionality of a vault and think everyone should have access to it.
I'm not suggesting this replace a property with a larger vault though.
Can't use a piggy bank to deposit and withdraw each day.
Players should have a starter vault in their shack that holds something like $10m so they don't have to use the stock market or other means to deposit/withdraw cash which is often used daily on the casino wheels, pharmacy or slots etc.
