Like clockwork I have received monthly items for being a paid subscriber, but this month is the exception. Is there a way to have this looked into or a better way to seek help?

Hey all,
We are a small but active and growing faction. Importantly, we war weekly, so fully stacked your contribution could lock down a victory and ~50m each time.
We offer access to a stocked armory, toleration, training, crime, and steadfast perks, and weekly wars (breaks on holidays) with Xanax provided.
We prioritize growth-focused veterans who will be active during wars and have PIs.
Check us out and have a great day.
