This clearly satisfies the OVER 2.5 maps condition, meaning my bet should have been settled as a WIN at x1.85 odds. But instead of being paid out, my stake was refunded. No explanation was provided for this decision.

i get it. but it does not even show the match has been finished. it is stuck in the pending state. and i dont think dota 2 is the event with low coverage. also it was doing pretty well till this match. all the bets were setlled instantly.
However, I have a genuine concern regarding this. At the time of placing my bet, it was clearly displaying a countdown timer showing time still remaining before the match was due to start. It was open, accessible, and accepted my bet without any error, warning, or restriction whatsoever.
My question is -- if the match had truly already started at 13:30, why was I still able to place the bet at all? When a match kicks off, markets are supposed to lock automatically and prevent any further pre-match betting. That clearly did not happen in this case.
I had absolutely no way of knowing the match had already begun and it was actively showing me a countdown timer with time remaining. I acted in complete good faith based on the information it was displaying to me.
I do not believe it is fair to void a bet that your own system accepted without any warning or indication of an issue. I kindly request this be reviewed and escalated, and the bet settled at the agreed odds of x1.85.

That actually makes sense. If it was revealed after Secret Santa ends, it wouldn’t affect gifting but would stop people from repeatedly ghosting the event year after year.
