I hope I still qualify as a new guy in the block, but if I am too "old" to be one, feel free to skip pass me.
Alright so here is my story,
When I was 7, a word was written on the class room white board
(R-A-T-I-O). I was arguing with some classmates who didnt know how it should be pronounced, and "Ray-tio" was my guess. I was standing as proud as a leek and the students were convinced, and they all mumbled "Raytio!". There was some cheering and everyone was merry.
The teacher arrived, she saw most of it and had the class to settle. After the morning greeting, she said, "today I will introduce a new term to all of of you, ratio (Ray-shio)". The moment that happened, everyone who was initially convinced, turned and looked at me. Well, after that day I told myself I will never be outspoken about what I think things are/were/will be anymore.
And if I could turn back time, I wish I never spoke up. That I never looked like a proud leek and never had my hands by my waist when I said what I said at that time.
