You put a ridiculous amount of time and effort into getting this team organised, and that deserves recognition. The outreach, the tools, helping people understand what they needed to do. Doing all that from your truck because your power was out says plenty about your commitment.
This was my first Eliminations, and being involved as a helper and push lead gave me some brilliant memories. I met so many lovely people, and seeing everyone turn up for those pushes was something special.
I do want to say that my appreciation for the team doesn’t mean I’m giving NightWing’s comments a pass. As a white woman, I also don’t appreciate being told how I supposedly feel about western men or who I prefer to date/marry or whatever. I can speak for myself, thanks. Women aren’t trophies to drag into an argument about which group of men is better. That part bothered me personally. Those comments were out of line, and I understand why you’re angry, especially after putting so much into this. Being proud of the team’s effort and being disappointed in its leadership can absolutely coexist.
The friendships and memories I’ve spoken about are real, and so is your frustration. I’d hate for the ending to overshadow the recognition you deserve for everything you contributed. I appreciated it, and I’m glad we got to share my first Elims together.
P.S. I was so happy to end up on the same Elims team as a factionmate I already had a bit of banter with. Sharing my first one with you made it that little bit better.

First ever Elims and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to experience it with.
Came into Loose Cannons having absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into, ended up helping wherever I could and somehow found myself push leading along the way 😂
Massive respect to NightWing, the leadership team, all the other helpers and everyone who answered the calls when it mattered. Seeing how much organisation, communication and work goes on behind the scenes completely changed how I look at this event.
But honestly, the biggest thing I'll take away from it is the people. I met so many genuinely lovely people over the last week. I went into Elims half expecting the usual Torn chaos and toxicity, and I was really surprised by just how welcoming, supportive and fun this team was.
Some of my favourite parts weren't even the pushes. It was hanging out in Discord calls playing silly online word games, talking absolute nonsense, and of course giving my student pirates a much needed masterclass on why Tim Tams are the superior biscuit and teaching them the fine Australian art of the Tim Tam Slam 😂
Learnt a brick ton, laughed even more, met some awesome people and had an absolute blast.
Didn't expect to get this attached to a temporary team, but I'm genuinely going to miss Loose Cannons and all the random little moments that came with it.
Proud to have been one of you. Thanks for trusting me ❤️💥
Hey Celis, no prices at all. I was just feeling a little creative and wanted to incorporate some creativity and personalisation into something a bit different. Let me see what I can muster up for you!
