Stick of Dynamite has a sell price attribute set at $35000 but no vendor in torn wants to buy it. I assume it's a bug, but as I'm fairly new to the game, there might be some vendor that purchase item elsewhere than Torn ? Where ?

Looking to buy about 150 trains (~100 INT/END trains, ~50 INT/MAN trains) in any company that can provide both training.
I will pay per batch of 50 trains (3 times), and it should be done in less than a month (ideally 3 weeks).
I rehab often, and can rehab more if you want.
Current stats:
- 1200 MAN
- 1300 INT
- 1250 END
- 3 EE
Target stats (to do principal / brain surgeon career):
- 2600 MAN
- 9600 INT
- 4000 END
If I find the money during the initial training phase, I'd like to extend to add 200 MAN/END trains (to do the Federal Judge career), but I don't want to commit to it initial as it would more than double the cost.
