The "reason" is "Staff See Notes".

I was hoping someone might be able to give me some insight as to what that might mean? The member themselves has been a bit cagey about what was in the ban report

If you are doing your best to not let your energy bar sit at full...then you should start getting them as soon as it's sustainable. The extra energy per day can be huge for gains.
