Borked Donator Prices for INR · · 0 likes

 

I'm not sure how region tracking works for a player's account, but for Indian users (probably) we get a completely borked Donator page with prices probably in INR but with a "$" sign before it, and the currency chosen as US Dollar as default in the drop down menu. The payment methods will also not work in this page, neither paypal nor amazon.


1. Go to the page below where the bug occurs, it's the default donator page for Indian users, I believe.
https://www.torn.com/donator.php?code=INR

2. If you change to a different currency and then switch back to USD, the prices become proper. Payment methods become usable.

3. Now, if you go to your home page and then switch back to Donator page, the prices are borked again, since code=INR in URL.

I did not observe the same for any other currency in the dropdown list.

Took a while to understand what's this x92.82 on USD prices here till I realized a currency conversion was going on with the wrong currency icon, lol.
