Soo, I also added my favorite animal giraffe in... This abomination is a duck-bodied, geese legged with ants footwork, shrimp's tail... giraffe's neck.. dogs face... cats whiskers, and fox's ears... or duc-goo-ant-shri-giraf-dog-cat-ox or something.. like that.

Hey All,
I have been playing torn for over half a year now, and everyday I maintain a personal daily checklist of things I should do before the next day, I have been using the Notes feature but it would just be such a great addition if it could have checklists.
This is a minor quality of life improvement that I think could benefit players like me that like to ensure they completed their daily tasks, bonus points would be if somehow we could have a toggle for auto-clear at daily reset and even more points if there was a template of options for generic things like refills, missions, etc... that automatically marked tasks complete if I completed it for the day without manual input .
Reason why I would like this change is because sometimes when I play from a device and I mark my tasks complete and I swap to mobile or vice versa, it doesn't always sync properly.. so it led me to this idea of having checklists... plus I got tired of trying to write in my notes from the mobile app it's a little cumbersome and just being able to tap to mark complete would be nice..

Yeah, that's fair, those casino games and all I am not familiar with but sounds it is a bit larger than a minor quality-of-life addition.. On top of this I also do maintain a bookmarks folder & other notes outside of the game with all my related websites, posts, tools, etc... I think if there is a potential to improve the game-flow and potentially expand in a non-intrusive way at the very at least I thought it made sense to speak up about it :p

I love how active the staff is, especially with all that goes in the forums it's really great to see their activity, while responding and interacting with all of us. I am fairly new but I think I can see how this game and the community continued to thrive for the past 20 years. There is passion spewing from everyone and it shows. This game has been a blast and I don't intend to stop playing for a looong time. I did it for the merit but I would never waste Energy on this again...
Did not have goals in 2025 as I started mid-year, so my only focus was growth and warring for the past 6 months.
For 2026, I don't care about making money or stock investments I found my calling in this game was all about wars...

Imagine being cringe as hell to buy friends and then even be even cringier to message people to remove you from enemy list. Its torn play however you'd like I guess..

It feels like I am not having issues but too early to tell, here is my log from when the change went live at 16:00 TCT, the last event in the list is the first item I found since it went live. I seem to be finding more of 2-4 items at a time, and it surely feels like more loot just more spread out over time compared to all at once at daily reset. I also found 2 combination chests that's not shown here.

So I have been reading this everywhere but is this just people assuming that it's better loot cause once you get it all at once as a loot explosion it gives the bias of better loot or is there any form of data collected that can validate that it is better to do lump sump? I was feeling it was the former but I would love to know if y'all nerds have researched it with data collection 😂😂

From the newspaper article, and this has been my experience so far, I have found most of my loot after daily reset ~16 hours ago, and 1 item this morning. I guess I should stop spending time every hour or two walking trying to find items contrary to the current guide of walking every few hours fishing for items. Can't quite say if its a nerf since its my first time in CT but averaging ~20M/day but I also have been exchanging my daily coupons, without coupons exchanged it's about ~15M/day.
Lots to take away from my first elimination event, surviving constant barrage of attacks, being locked down from day 1 and still managing to live past few teams, we were resilient alas it came to an end. Proud of all of you, proud of my teammates that stepped up and shaped our team, to the ones that led, to the members that supported and made it all possible. Thank you. I hope you all had as much if not more fun than I did and I hope to see you guys in Eliminations 2026! PINK POWER STRONG! 🩷🩷
