That is your opinion. In the end, It is a game about how anyone wants to play. We are not forcing anyone to stay in our faction. We don't believe in giving out our personal weapons to other people. To each their own.
He was supplying it to the faction armory. He just runs a renting business for his friends and faction members. If no one is renting one, he sells the weapons. The weapons in the faction armory are available for everyone to use for free. The weapons in his personal inventory are not. And I think that is fair.
Just for clarification I have been in this faction since a long time. The weapons Karma is referring to were bought from the leaders own money he won via gambling. No faction money was spent to acquire those weapons.
