Roughly speaking, is there an estimate, how many weeks you have to stay in the top 1-3 star range before you get to a higher rating?

Is there a link between popularity and ratings? For example, If my company has a popularity of 66% and it is currently a 6* company. Would the company be 7* when the popularity is in the 70%?

How often do company ratings change? Is there a way to know how close your company is to increasing its rating?
