its not this simple but i'll help you reach that goal!

This guide will teach you the quickest way, Using my Fails and Success to teach you what are the most time efficient things to do:
First you should know that Money is kind of needed for everything on torn, so First, you have to learn how to Sell Losses (Or be goated at poker like my friend Sdreka)

But how to sell losses?

1- Go to Threads -> Attacking and then look for someone buying Losses ( READ HIS THREAD BEFORE ATTACKING)
2- Have in mind that the current price per loss when making this Thread is 250k-300k per loss, Which means 10k/energy
3- if a price is too high it is probably a scammer, if its too low its not worth it
4- Not scammer usually have vouches on their threads

While you attack them, you should look for a job at the army, this will be explained later, it is also important to say that you can boost your losses selling by using Medkits and Xanax (+250E) but be careful not to overdose.


Ok, i saved some money, now what?

now you will spend your Energy at Happy Jumping for even more stats, First you should rent a mansion with at least 1k Happiness, then keep selling losses until your happiness stack, then go to the Sweet Shop and buy as much (100) of the cheapest candy available, then go to item market and grab yourself some ecstasy (3 should be fine), After that you should:
1- Check the time, Happiness reset at xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45. If it is not close to those minutes, you can proceed
2- Eat 49 Candys
3- consume an ecstasy 
4- spend all your energy at the gym, Training either Dex or Speed (try to have equal dex and speed)

I got a lot of dex and speed but people steal my targets, should I train STR?

Remember when i said to join army? On jobs you get Job points daily, based on either your stats or the company stars, so you will spend those points on Strength stats, this will get you a LOT of early game stats, after that you should be able to easily attack your targets ^^

But what target should i aim for to get to lvl 15 quick?

Take a look at some of those other threads that will be linked at the end, but basically Higher level Enemy = More exp.

After defeating someone you will have 3 options, leave, Mug and Hospitalize, Leave is the option that gives the most Exp ^^
you should also do your crimes whenever you have nerve (go for any of the 2 first crimes, Search for Cash and Bootlegging) because this will give you both level Exp and Crime Exp which will be useful later
