5 cloves minced garlic
2tsp sesame oil
2tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 shallot (small to medium )
5 spinach leaves (blanched and cut)
20 gm sprouted cooked mung beans
Any kind of mushroom- diced
Marinated silken tofu (Chilly oil , umami syrup ,or any kind) then stir fry it
Sauce - Gochujang + sesame oil little + light soy sauce
MIX EVERYTHING WELL
3 Xanax for first 15 days in faction
+2 Xanax for every 15 subsequent day
