Hello! I've been trapped in this hell for a year now.
I would love to brag about the stats I've achieved, but nothing is outstanding in this game anyway so enjoy the data dump.
Crimes
So far I've achieved CS100 in: Skimming, Arson, SFC, Bootlegging, Graffiti, in that order.
I took a really weird approach: instead of doing every crime in order from top to bottom, I started with Graffiti, then jumped to Hustling and Disposal, then Cracking, then Scamming. I jumped to the next crime at around CS80 on the previous one, so I never maxed any of them.
Skimming was the first CS100 because it was the easiest anyway. When Arson was released on September 30th, I was at CS56 in Scamming and I was hesitant on whether or not I should switch crimes. But 3 weeks later, and partly thanks to Emforus's guide getting released, I finally committed to Arson. After 144 days, I maxed out Arson on March 14th and I went back to max the remaining crimes from the top down. Right now I'm going for all uniques on Graffiti after maxing it.
Flying I know it's not optimal to just stick to one destination but UK has 3 flushies and I can't be bothered to check stock before every flight.
984 flights taken 727 of which are UK flights (wysi) 28 351 items bought $611 112 431 profit ($1 835 172/day)
Not the best numbers, 1.8m/day is really low among flushie runners but RL usually doesn't permit me to do more.
Faction Wasn't sure which faction to apply to at first, so I decided that I would just accept whichever vaguely big faction that sent me an offer. The first offer was from a newly formed faction, I figured it was a noob trap so I ignored the offer. The second offer, was from NPO. This is the part where I unapologetically glaze the Order, because I don't think there could've been a better faction for me. Onboarding the NPO was like getting a second tutorial of the game, learning things that the guides wouldn't have been able to help with. And after I was familiarized with the game, NPO became a close-knit community with hundreds of teammates I could put my trust in.

I joined NPO - Valour on 2025.06.05, on my 11th day of playing the game. On 2025.08.03 I was later promoted to NPO - Endurance, the next shell up on NPO's organization.

Other numbers idk - Networth: $1 626 588 559, with 1.3b currently in bank - Racing: 460 official races and 667 racing points, RS11.23 - Work: 30 937 total work stats (3 652 MAN, 11 586 INT, 15 699 END). I was recently fired from my previous company for not managing my addiction well (I'm incapable of doing that), so I appreciate the 3 people reaching out to recruit me but it's best that you don't do that, for your company's own benefit :/ - Casino: Achieved the High-Low merit on 2025.11.04 in 1 attempt! I planned on sharing this at first but was told people would hunt me down so I didn't. Aside from that: 7 654 spins on the slots with 3 2xTorn rolls - Xanax: 910 taken, with 17 overdoses. Currently on my longest streak of 132 safe xans
I want to show my gratitude to the NPO for having helped me get a good start in the game, Torn City Park for the immense generosity where the lottos make up a considerable amount of my current networth, all the dollar bazaar sellers for their generosity as well, and all the friends I've made along the way (not many because friends are a made up propaganda concept by Big Grass to get me out of my house). If you look around the forums long enough you’ll spot a couple players with blue names, which indicates that those players have spent more than 1k dollars on the game. People do in fact spend that much money
In the idea of linking Torn and Chess.com accounts, you’re asking Chess.com to lend their anticheat system to a completely different platform and have it be used to host games outside of their website. Even in the other case of Chess.com deleting accounts, you’re still asking them to take action on accounts who have cheated outside of their website and their jurisdiction.
Basically none of the solutions involving Chess.com make any sense in terms of feasibility.
Adding chess without gambling would guarantee a complete flop of a feature, since “if I can’t make money from it then it’s a useless feature”. Without anticheat, it fails to be a competitive chess website, and without gambling, it fails to be a potential source of money for players.

IIRC the chance doubles on every increment of the bet value. Of course since the bet goes up by a factor of 10 on every increment, it still means higher bets are worse than lower ones. The bet that gives you the most expected value mathematically is the $10 bet, it’s a net positive when the jackpot is above 100m-ish
The bullet placement is not predetermined, it’s random on every shot; but it’s random in practically the same way as if it was predetermined so this doesn’t matter

the only thing that scammed me was rng giving me the bullet 4 times, with that kind of luck it'd probably cost me more than 5m trying to get the merit by gambling normally
