For now, it seems that I haven't seen any ex-staff stand out and accuse Ched and his team for power abuse and unjust decisions.
If this is not because of my limited playtime, I think it really says something: although we cannot cound on every witness of injustice to quit, there will surely be at least one or two for current size of the managerial team.
I take that as a sign of tolerable unfairness.
Seems the burglary of postal office now could reward an amount of money way higher than the wiki currently suggests, as high as 472k.

By that I mean even if there's something suspicious or debatable, they're not serious or frequent enough for someone to quit the managerial team and speak it up.

Report a new possible approach to gain an item:
Blowtorch can be obtained through Shoplifting from Bits 'n' Bobs.
I obtained it when the camera was offline. However, not sure if that's a necessary precondition.
