Good trader, quick and good price
RIP Prince of darkness.
Hi, this is just my feedback, and I don’t mean any harm also eng isn’t my first language, so I hope nothing sounds rude or bad :)
As a user, I might not use all the sidebar functions (I might not be your target group, I guess). I like the News summary, and if possible, I’d love more categories like tech or even custom categories (a web scraping and summary agent for accurate, customizable news summaries might be expensive, not sure if it’s worth it or feasible, but it’d be nice to have)
For the AI assistant chat, I’d want timestamps on the latest messages in the left panel, plus the ability to rename chats and maybe a search feature (I have tons of chats with LLM, and searching for keywords would help, especially since long conversations make them forget due to context token limits). Also, I don’t see a delete chat button yet.
For the browser, customizable grids and quick links would be awesome.
And since you didn’t show all the sidebar pages, I hope their functions aren’t too redundant or similar. If they’re related, maybe group them for specific use cases, like combining notetaking with a timer and quotes, or calendar with weather and goals.
I might feel overwhelming if the sidebar has too much stuff.
Lastly if you could share, I’d like to learn about security practice, maybe just throw me some keywords for further research.(I am working on some internal tool, all i do now is just accept only traffic from my company vpn)

The 4+1 program lets you study one extra year to get a master’s degree. Yeah, researcher pays pretty bad, but international ones seem decent from what I know. I wear glasses – is it that obvious, lol? I enjoy some parts of my job, it’s kinda a balance of what I like and don’t like for now. I play bass and guitar (not that good, though).
Yeah, I’ve got a bachelor’s degree in IT. I haven’t decided on a master’s or PhD yet. I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging, but I want to share that I passed up two scholarships during uni, lol. I was eligible for a 4+1 program, but I thought I couldn’t afford off-campus dorms without checking with my parents, and now that chance is gone. The second was from my advisor, but I wasn’t confident enough to go for it. I mean, I added extra work to my capstone project and published at an international conference, I always thought why didn’t I apply?
Back then, I felt more ready to pursue research than I do now and also with knowledge nowadays it’s much harder to go for higher education now too
From another view, when I’m working and need to dig into something, I just get to be more curious and spend 10-30 minutes more researching deeper, which feeds my passion too. But spending 2-4 years on pure research might be too intense
You probably see how nerdy I am, haha! Besides that, I play some instruments and game as hobbies
Was about to start this weekend, seem like i might skip for another week.
Congrats! You remind me of a guy in a short video I saw online. He walks into a store, asks for the price of something, and then live-gambles to see if he wins enough to buy it
I’m new to Torn, found it through some ads, and jumped in to procrastinate (and satisfy my constant phone-checking urge). I can just do a quick crime and get back to work.
IRL, I’m in IT, working as a data scientist, but honestly, I’m not sure what I am anymore. I grinded through uni to learn AI and build cool stuff, but deep research or experimental jobs seem to need a master’s or years of experience I don’t have yet. So, I’m stuck doing super broad work: from handling data, analyzing, presenting (these three are normal) to create automated workflow and even “building it into full working solution” (like web apps) to fit into company workflows. It’s stuff a whole team would normally do, but they’ve got me as a one-man army. It’s slower, but I make it work, and it’s cheaper for them.
