I don't know about you, but IRL, a lot gets done on airplanes. Why not make it possible to get really, really drunk? Why not add in-flight entertainment, add special crimes, and make it so the game isn't paused while flying?

You should be able to take drugs or drink on a plane. That's how it is in real life so let's enable that!
Some limited crimes should be available while in hospital. Maybe scamming or whatever you can do remotely.
