I don't know if it's a bug, but if you configure Poker access in TornPDA, you can sit at any table while hospitalized. In the normal app, you can't access the casino because there's no option to enter from the city.
You can also be in the hospital, revive, and run to a table to deposit money in case you're attacked or mugged.
