I'm having a lot of problems with this crime. I can't seem to make it to, and keep level 2. I'm only trying to make driver's licenses. The 3 times I did make it to level 2, I then crit failed and I went back down to 0xp and level 1. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but this seems far from aligned with the Safety Table Breakdown. This crime is the only thing I am spending my nerve on. Please see the included screen shot. I was getting frustrated with licenses and tried the permit and concert ticket and decided there didn't appear to be any safer forgery item. Is there some sort of prerequisite to have the kind of numbers this guide is reporting? Any help is appreciated.
