While there are undoubtedly other more important matters to address, I just wanted to take a quick moment to point out that the hard drive animation at the top of the new bootlegging crime is incorrect. The platters are spinning backward. Platters should spin in the direction that the actuator arms point, enabling a small cushion of air to be generated under the read/write head, which helps prevent the head from crashing into the platter.
Looks like it's set to spin the wrong way in the CSS:
I managed to succeed at an accidental cause required (without insurance claim) by using one gas, igniting it, and then a second latter snuffing it out with a blanket or two. Sorta thought about it like a real life situation; if I accidentally started a fire what would I do. Not sure if this is something or if I just got lucky.
The following entries also have values that cause them to sort funny despite the values being shown as "??" Perhaps these should have their data-sort-value set as "0"
Do not call me spiff, call me Ishmael. Some years ago—never mind how long precisely—having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me on shore, I thought I would sail about a little and see the watery part of the world. It is a way I have of driving off the spleen and regulating the circulation. Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a damp, drizzly November in my soul; whenever I find myself involuntarily pausing before coffin warehouses, and bringing up the rear of every funeral I meet; and especially whenever my hypos get such an upper hand of me that it requires a strong moral principle to prevent me from deliberately stepping into the street, and methodically knocking people's hats off—then, I account it high time to get to sea as soon as I can. This is my substitute for pistol and ball. With a philosophical flourish, Cato throws himself upon his sword; I quietly take to the ship. There is nothing surprising in this. If they but knew it, almost all men in their degree, some time or other, cherish very nearly the same feelings towards the ocean with me.

Hi, I'm not a professional at this and I'm also not color blind. What I am is bored and am willing to try and help our green-weak color blind friends. So, I loaded up a color-blind simulator addon and played around with the initial code Taravangian provided and made it do this:
[image: i.imgur.com] (This is what the addon simulated a person with green blindness would see. Obviously if you can see all colors, you'll see a different mess.)
Edit: I have no clue why but adjusting the scale causes the tide color bar to be flipped in color causing the high-tide to be green instead of red. Ugh.
Edit 2: Someone much smarter than me has advised that the tide bar flips when adjusting the scaleY value because the tide bar likely already has a transform property applied to it. This implies that rather than having two basic bars with a gradient of green-yellow-red and red-yellow-green, the devs only have a red-yellow-green bar and for the tide bar they just flipped it using a transform. All this to say, the scaleY mod will work but it will break other transforms used by Torn on that bar. (Again I'm not a javascript coder so if this explanation is wrong, sorry.)
Edit 3: Yup, looking at the page code you can see that for the Tide Bar they used a transform -1 to flip the bar used by the Subway to make the tide bar go from Green to Red. So applying a positive scale number causes the bar to flip.
While I understand that there has to be a cut-off point somewhere. It really hurts to miss out on nearly 23 thousand join points used by only 8 days. Perhaps consideration could be made to manually adjust?
