We had similar DEMON, you obviously wanted to keep talking about this and dwell on this I get it. We gave our reasoning be upset about it or not, as for why we broke terms, or at least I gave my own in my own first post on this thread. I don't know how you do it, but our faction at times even adds deductions for onliners or such at times, we typically DO hold terms because it makes war fast and easy. But we saw what we saw, the fault you had admitted, and from there is when most of your complaints come from. Sav saying he was going to start hosping onliners isn't a 'terms are over'. It's instead, your guys won't stop hitting our guys, so I am going to stop them for you. 

Terms broke, we didn't enjoy your sides conduct and I guess you didn't enjoy ours. I will leave it at that from me myself and I.

Well yes, I think its fair to speak for yourself if someone is speaking about you. IE why I wanted to add my two cents, I am the guy in charge of coordinating that win, one of said guys, we all play our parts. There is the reasoning as to why we broke terms, everything else is drama or precaution. The wars over now, and this convo would have most likely died completely without a continued conversation of it. IE, this post. 

Its a free world say what you want but you can't exactly say you wanted this to be a quick post if you want to keep conversing as you are right now. 

Why document. You can admit fault, that's the end of it no? If we lost this war we wouldn't be making a forum post about it man. 

Well DEMON did make this forum post, he lost and we broke terms due to the conduct we were seeing, that's the end of it. Most of the raiding talk is mostly precaution, if we get hit we hit back kind of thing. No one on our side is eager to stop warring with other factions and stop making money lmao. 

Speaking of to DEMON above, putting a spotlight on a nothing situation doesn't help peace, it seems like you are throwing stones. Do what you will but why even keep the convo going, just focus on getting your dudes ready to fuck someone's shit up next war you guys go for should the need arise.

As the chain guy for Final Judgement, let me weigh in if you like. We had a few members on our side get hit over and over, I would send personal dms about it and we had a few problem cases. My personal method is verbal warning, leave, and then hospital should they keep repeating offenses. Felix on your side, not trying to blow him up generally I just move on to the next war its up to you guys to dwell on the past.

Felix flaked on a medout for Kaz, Kaz being on our side. Then when Kaz didn't want to continue said medout, we eventually got bounties from felix set on us, petty bounties. Including me, and I had hardly ever spoke to him if I did. On top of that you had another member, early in the war I could grab the screenshot if need be, use kaz as a chain hit after being told no by Kaz himself.

That plus the drama, terms are terms. War, is war. And both sides have admitted fault in areas, even if we are going over the details in here given you made a forum post. Your members are skewed heavily, heavily stat wise where I feel most of your smaller guys (the majority of your faction, and you had a month old player as reference) aren't really knowing what's going on in a war. I had to explain to them more than anyone, and our side generally apologized until they got annoyed from being hit in the manners that occurred. 

I will not dwell upon this war and I imagine you will queue up for another one at some point, wars are going to prove difficult if you poke the other side and they are ready to show up and get hits in the manner we do at times. Terms are nice, but this is a game about committing crime, we didn't like the conduct and we did something about it. Personally, the results of the war are the way they are because of what unfolded. Including the money. If the decision is made that you get compensated some, I will consider it generous on our behalf. 

The only peace that isn't made is dwelling on what occurred.
