Training will be rotational and completely given for free to employees, at least until the 3rd star is reached. When the 3rd star is reached, free rotational training will still be there, but some trains will be sold, with priority to employees.
All employees will be paid until the 3rd star is reached.
No eDVD taxes, ever.
Estimated time to reach 3 stars: 1 or 1 and a half months.
Requirements:
Be active, log in at least once a day in Torn.
Addiction debuff is allowed to grow until -10 effectiveness, at which point rehab will be mandatory.

You'd be right if employees were forever. However many of them just leave for different companies/city jobs once they reach the desired stats. Also AN companies run at a loss, mine runs at a 500k daily loss. Selling trains is mandatory or you'll make less than your employees for triple the effort lol

Why? Hes free to set his price. Hes selling bulk so higher price could justify that. It doesnt take long to see this is overpriced, just browse this same forum section for 15 seconds. Following your logic, every item overpriced by 20% on the market is a scam.
This is as much of a scam as the posts where guys are buying at 200k but 24/7
