Yata and TornStats already provides this detail. Both gives which role wise employee effectiveness. Yata also takes their last addiction level at business closing hrs into calculation.

In my 9* Music store, I changed my Musicians, Sales assistants to Trainers. On Monday, I got 19 trains which was rotated. From Tuesday, it’s 20 trains and we will have same setup till today business closing hrs. So far we got like 19+20+20+20=79 trains. Out of these 79, 9 was used for my training and the remaining 70 is rotated. 20 more trains from today will get rotated.
Saved the Wednesday trains and used them after the event started. So it’s 3 trains on normal day and 4 trains from Appreciation day had been done for my employees. They will get 2 more trains from Appreciation day so that this week effectively they got 21 trains. (3 normal trains and 6 appreciation even trains).
There is a consequence to this though, we have 0 sales for good part of the week and moved down to 8* by Sunday. I normally sell 4 trains and remaining are rotated. My buyer was informed last month itself that all trains from Employee appreciation week will be rotated. This helped us to avoid any miscommunication like what this forum talks about.
