What would really add value to the game would be an extension of the merit system. Overall Torn is an extremely simple game, 4 stats a handfull of merits and some weapons, of which only a few are deemed useful. It would be cool to give players the ability to customize their characters more than currently possible. Adding some merits for defense against certain weapons, maybe quicker hp regeneration and implementing skills like the ability to make certain things, like a real|y powerful gun(after youve leveled up the skill to do so) that only lasts 10 rounds and took a week to make, to special armour. I feel like this could help diversify the genepool that is torn in a positive way.

the link is a photo that shows the issue. It says that i have enough army points for a promotion yet i have zero points. obviously not a huge issue but something i found. who knows, maybe i get enough points for a promotion by some time tomorrow.

I trained Muay Thai for some years as well as a little Jeet Kun Do and Taekwondo(which wasnt good for much). I found Muay Thai to be the most practical and JKD to be the most interesting as it incorporates several different fighting styles, including ground fighting depending on who you are asking, into one. The coolest part about JKD is the trapping by far. Coolest thing about Muay Thai is clinching. Im also a black belt in judo, judo know if i gotta gun, judo know if i gotta knife, judo know nothing.
