For a while now ive felt player owned companies are lacking something..
Ive now found the solution and I feel its something that could be pretty easily sorted as the functions are already used elsewhere in the game..
Give company directors the ability to assign roles to their employees (just like in factions) where the employees are given responsibilities to actually complete actions (rather then just being active).
All the actions directors can partake in their companies could be assigned to employees... 'trainers' to assign trains to employees, 'warehouse managers' to order stock, 'sales executives' to set prices, 'marketing gurus' to assign advertising costs etc. Etc.

What alot of people seem to forget this is a game. Yer it would seem an exciting amount to recieve to start with but where's the fun and enjoyment out of it.
When you achieve certain milestones (whatever they are depending on your gameplay style) you get the satisfaction and enjoyment from it.
If you get some help along the way even better. I think everyone has in some way or the other throughout their torn lives. In a real world as dark as it seems at times, the virtual humanity and comradeship means alot more to people then you'd think.
To gain the money the way they have, what's the point in keeping it? Where's the real gain? Yer theres no obligation to return it, yer it opens up the game alot to them quickly. Satisfaction, enjoyment if any will be short lived
I dont think it can be taken as true evidence of their real life character, they might be a dooche in real life they might not be but actions from a game cannot dictate that.
To the banker if it was a genuine mistake, dont worry. Real life goes on, the game will continue and it'll all soon blow over and be forgotten
