💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
At Lustique, performance pays.
- Daily salary: 25× your highest working stat, capped at $100,000 per day
- Job Points: 9 per day at our current 9-star level
- Free rotational trains: helping employees improve their working stats
- Loyalty bonus: $500,000 every 50 eligible company days when all company standards are met
- Adult Novelties specials: including the ability to exchange Job Points for Erotic DVDs
At 9 stars, a complete week generates 63 Job Points — enough for 3 E-DVDs, with 3 Job Points remaining.
💿 WEEKLY E-DVD CONTRIBUTION
To fund the company sustainably while maintaining salaries, free trains, loyalty rewards, stock, competitive advertising and our path toward Star 10, Lustique uses a clear weekly contribution system:
1 E-DVD every Monday
The E-DVD covers the previous fully eligible company week and must be sent to Director Chrinks by the end of Monday TCT.
After the contribution at our current 9-star level, an employee still keeps:
- 2 E-DVDs per complete week
- 3 remaining Job Points
- the full salary
- free rotational trains
- loyalty rewards and all other company benefits
New employees do not pay immediately. The first 72 hours under recruit restriction do not create a contribution. Your first E-DVD becomes due only after completing your first fully eligible company week. There are no partial-week calculations.
Optional prepayment is available in fixed blocks: 4 E-DVDs cover the next 4 Monday contributions. Contact the Director before sending a prepaid block so it can be recorded correctly.
Prepayment changes only the payment timing. It does not replace or suspend requirements concerning activity, daily logins, effectiveness, addiction control, rehabilitation or communication.
⭐ OUR ROAD TO STAR 10
Star 10 is an important target because it increases our company strength and raises the daily Job Point reward.
The contribution is designed to finance Lustique sustainably — not to maximize profit at the employees’ expense.
After Star 10 is reached, the contribution will not change immediately. We will first observe income, sales, stock costs and profitability over several full weeks — ideally at least one complete month — to confirm that the higher performance is stable.
Once reliable data exists, the contribution and compensation package will be reviewed transparently. Depending on the verified results, this may lead to a lower contribution, higher salaries, improved benefits or another fair adjustment.
