Recently got into a huge grind on them, they're super unique. I love the worldbuilding and lore of them, in terms of game play book of hours was way more enjoyable though lol.

Ok so honest review here after giving it a try. The gameplay and hit markers, abilities etc feel pretty good, I love headshottimg a guy for his brain to pop out of his body and he'll melt into a puddle of flesh. Abilities are pretty good too, each character has some pretty unique gameplay compared to the previous games. The guns feel great too with some exceptions. However, the characters and dialogue feel incredibly soulless (I'll never get used to the new claptrap voice). The main villian himself is nowhere near as compelling as handsome jack, he's pretty much just a bad dude that shows up, tries to kill you, claiming to hate vault hunters because of the chaos they cause yet he caused even more violence by trying to go after them lol. Anyway if you want a game to just turn your brain off and watch bad guys explode into gore this is the game for you
