4. General Agreement
The Agent agrees to make reasonable efforts to sell the item(s) within the Consignment Period at a price equal to or exceeding the Minimum Acceptable Sale Price. Upon successful sale, the Agent will remit the final sale price minus the Agent Commission/Seller's Fee to the Seller via the agreed Payout Method. If the item remains unsold after the Consignment Period, the Seller will arrange for retrieval of the item(s). You may ask for the item(s) back at anytime free of charge. The agent will only collect any money if any of the item(s) are sold covering up to the percentage of the what sold.
