Torn has Honor Bars and Medals you can unlock. Each one give you a merit point to spend on upgrades in the Merit Shop. These upgrades affect your education time, bank interest, battle stats and more. For the "Gone Fishing" honor bar, you just have to lose a fight by getting hit with a trout. I’m here to help you get that.
You know the move. You just got jumped, your hospital timer is ticking, and you crack open a Blood Bag because it's sitting right there and you're not doing math right now. Except your timer was 18 minutes and a Small FAK would have done the exact same job. That's cooldown you just flushed. Smart FAK fixes that. It's a small floating button that lives on every page, watches your hospital timer in real time, and picks the least overkill item that gets you out. One click, right item, every time.
I added a second mode, "Full Heal" that you can select in the settings panel. This mode picks the most efficient items to get you not only out of the hospital, but back to 100% health while burning as little CD as possible (by request of 1st).
Future edits: I will be adding logic to skip items that are out of stock in inventory... for now it just assumes you have both types of med kits, morphine, and blood bags if enabled. This will be rolling out soon!
The Logic
It works down from most severe to least, using the minimum item that covers your remaining time:
Timer > 70 minutes* → Blood Bag (if enabled)
Timer > 40 minutes* → Morphine
Timer > 20 minutes* → First Aid Kit
Timer ≤ 20 minutes* → Small First Aid Kit
* Provide your API key once and it pulls your education and faction perks to fine-tune those thresholds for your actual medical item effectiveness. If Morphine or Blood Bags are turned off in settings, it steps down to the next best option automatically.
Why It Matters
Med cooldown is a shared resource between you and your partner. Every unnecessary large kit you use is cooldown you can't spend on the next target, or can't absorb when it's your turn to take hits. Over a full med-out session it adds up fast. Here's a real example from one of our termed wars: 21 heals, 5 Regular FAK, 16 Small FAKs. That's 78 minutes of Med CD saved compared to just grabbing blue kits every time.

Hey hey - BBSmalls here. I don't sit down and plan "today I shall write software." It's more like Torn personally offends me in some specific way, and a script appears out of pure spite to address it. Below is the growing evidence of that process - all free, all public, built to survive both desktop and the absolute chaos that is TornPDA. Bug reports, complaints, and "can it also do X" requests are always welcome on the relevant script's page.
My claim to fame, and the reason I have any forum karma at all. True 1-click healing: it auto-picks the most efficient med item so you're not eyeballing percentages while someone's actively swinging at you. More leftover cooldown means more hits if you've got a partner lined up, or a faster med-out if you got jumped. Slap it on your war partner too - more meds for them means more hits and more war money for you. Also shows your med cooldown at a glance, because tooltip-hunting mid-fight is a great way to die.

Craft and save message templates for chat and mail, so you can stop retyping "hi, interested in your bazaar item" or "open for trades" for the 500th time.

Tips for Success:
To increase the success rate, remove all armor and making sure you have less than 300 health before attacking. Here are a few ways you can do that.
Use ipecac syrup then a small first aid kit
Lose in Russian Roulette then first aid kit
Fill 3 empty blood bags

1.1.8 is what I am running as well (on iOS and desktop) but cannot replicate. It may be an android issue or something specific to your device - Unfortunately I do not have an android to be able to test and patch against. If anyone here knows how to script and has an android, I’d greatly appreciate the assist!
Had some issues... worked through them. Script has been tested on my end to be fully working in both med out and heal mode on desktop, mobile, and tornpda.
This is still happening as of this posting. This time it's with the $1 slingshot at this bazaar - https://www.torn.com/bazaar.php?userId=4318490#/ - it's there when in normal sort mode, vanishes in delta sort mode, but appears when you type the name in the name filter field. That last video you requested the link looks like it expired after only 48 hours. Were you able to view it, or is there something I can post another video that it was stay available for longer?
No longer requires API. Addeed a settings panel accessible by a button at the top of the travel agency page. Shows your OC timer and maximum allowed flight time based on round trip time + user specified layover buffer (how long you want to allow yourself to be abroad for buying, mugging, being mugged, etc.).
