I find it odd that in this great city of Torn that there is no Tattoo Parlor. We have toy shops and no children. Why would we not have Tattoo parlors here? As to what the perks and benefits would be I wouldn’t know, as I am only 87 days old, but I’m sure if people like this they can add ideas. Bring Tattoo Parlors to Torn City!!!! The people want there INK!!
