This is a late reply. Not sure if you still have the motor apart but if your really on a budget you can use a pane of glass and sand paper to try and level the deck best you can same with the heads. I did this on a 22re and its still running to this day 10 years later for some reason. At this point if its fucked its fucked but you gave it your best try. Good luck!

Landgull has been real af since the beginning

The dildo strikes again.
Head or deck is warped. Will need to get it surfaced before just replacing the headgasket. As well as checking for cracks. I would lap the valves to ensure they are making correct seal
