The racing timer keeps counting down to 55 seconds and then resting to 1 minute 55 seconds and then counting down and resetting. It's been doing it for half an hour.

Same issue for me as well.
I believe the hustling crime is currently out. The other crimes load no problem but the hustling page comes up white.
I'm in D class right now and went with the Bavaria X5 which has better breaking and dirt performance but less handling. I spent 15 points on upgrades and now I'm currently on a 21 race winning streak of top 3 and like 12 of those are 1sts. So C class has only one dirt car, the volt RS, which has bad breaking but great acceleration. I was going to go with the C class car with great breaking, I think it's the S2, but I'm gonna go with the volt RS just to make sure I get wins on dirt tracks. Hopefully the acceleration makes up for the bad breaking on sharp turns, but I'll let you know when I get to C class. I need 18 more points and I went up like 50 points yesterday so I'll let you know. But I'm gonna try sticking with cars that do good on dirt tracks.
