I currently rent a mansion, have been level 15+ for a little over a week, and I am very active. I have been flying and dealing on the Item Market, doing Organized Crimes, occasional Faction Wars, and grinding away at the gym and at the first 5 or 6 crimes to get those levels up. I am also employed at a 4 star Private Security firm making $150K / day plus getting trained about once / week. I have a bank investment going on, have been investing in the Education stocks, maxed out the education merits, and in less than 14 hours my Web Design and Development course will be complete so I'll be able to set up an online store for the thousands of DVDs I've burned.
So, I have a lot going on and I am looking to go in with a female partner to rent / rent to own a Private Island.

I haven't gotten to play DnD since June, and I was the GM then, but I have played Pathfinder Kingmaker (a PC game), and in DnD I have played as a Fighter and a Ranger and I am very interested in trying out a School of Necromancy Wizard.
