I just want to give some quick feedback as someone who lives in the US

1. One of the main reasons for the 2nd amendment is so people in the US can protect themselves from the government if they ever become oppressive. This would never work if we were stuck with bolt action rifles.

2. I do agree with you that not everyone should be allowed to own a gun, especially in a time where mental health problems are rising and more common than ever. There should definitely be stronger back ground checks and even mental health checks. I also agree with you about unrestricted sales, these sales can make it very easy to get an illegal gun and I feel like you should have to sell it back to a gun store so they can resell it.

3. I also agree that there should be stricter limitations on guns but this wont do anything but hurt law abiding citizens. Criminals will still buy or illegally modify guns to fit their purpose.

Im also open to criticism and counter arguments.

U.S. Taxpayer Money Given to Fossil Fuel Industry · · 1 like

The U.S. fossil fuel industry gets an estimated 760 billion dollars in tax breaks, subsidies and other ways. (Fossil Fuel Subsidies: The $760 Billion Lie About 'Free Market' Energy | FracTracker Alliance) This stops the progress and spread of clean energy while also taking away tax payers money. DOGE has only cut 160 billion. (DOGE says it has saved $160 billion. Those cuts have cost taxpayers $135 billion, one analysis says. - CBS News) Which is a 4.75 times difference. Also the U.S. national debt goes up around $2.18 trillion each year, which means that if the U.S. stopped the tax breaks and subsidies than it would cover 34.9%.

Just starting out. What do you think of my routine · · 0 likes

Looks like a pretty good routine but I'd recommend only doing 3-4 sets but at higher weight if your looking to build muscle strength but if you play a sport that requires endurance you could keep the same amount of sets or lower it and increase the reps per set, this isn't 100% for everyone though and it can very so do what feels best. I would also recommend trying a stair climber if you have access to one because it's great cardio and builds a ton of leg muscles.

Nah, I replied to the right person. You said that the link he shared wasn't enough evidence. The link shows that at least half the jury thought he sexually abused someone.

I'll also add some, "The judgment adds to Trump’s legal woes and offers vindication to Carroll, whose allegations had been mocked and dismissed by Trump for years." and "Trump immediately lashed out on his social media site, claiming that he does not know Carroll and referring to the verdict as “a disgrace” and “a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time.” He promised to appeal." Found from the article.

Almost every politician in our federal government and a lot in our state governments don't care about us. They make millions of dollars a year by being in the spots they are even if it makes the average American's life worse.

We send billions of dollars in aid to foreign country's when we have homelessness, debt, high living cost, bad education and numerous other problems.

It doesn't matter if it's democrats or republicans, it happens either way.

  1. If you really wanted to you could make a flamethrower
  2. When you mean AR-15 style do you just mean any semi-auto rifle or guns that look similar to it? AR means ArmaLite and 15 is the model.
  3.

The minigun and other machine guns have much more strict background checks, regulation and other safety measures

Do you think we got missiles or something?

In my opinion from what Ive seen from people around me pro-gun=pro-military most of the time. Ive seen a lot of people talk about our military in this and I feel like if our gun culture here was different than our military spending would be different too. People also forget the insane amount of money that the US spends is more than the next 9 nations.

On top of this I just found a report by the Department of Justice where it states that in 2016 only a small fraction of the guns used in crimes were bought from a retail source.

Even if we banned gun sales in the US criminals would still have them and there is nothing we could do about it because the sheer amount of guns in the US.
