In my opinion, fhc is for players with tons of money and no longer doing happy jumps. At that point, can do natural e, 3 xans, a refill, and 5 fhcs daily for training.

Education and merit allocation that gives you passive stat gains will counter the stat loss of drugs.
Happy jumps are good till 400-450k in each stat. You would still benefit from jumping in strength and dexterity.
If training your speed or defense, Xanax training is just fine since they are above 400k
