This is the new look. Clicking on this will toggle the two buttons which will work as intended. Its been fixed on pda as well so it doesnt interrupt any buttons and works very smoothly.

LOGGING IN -> It uses your limited key and stores it locally in your browser. That's all you need.

Only a limited key is enough for this, it will start working Instantly. (I've used a temporary key above)

BALANCE CALCULATION -> It calculates your available balance which isn't already invested in stock increments

You can choose what places u want to choose for it and what to include. 

It also takes into account the Extra Stock shares you might have. 

For example, Say SYM only needs 500,000 shares for first increment and u have bought 600,000, They will be reflected in the balance too. Script does all the complex calculations and never counts those which already do have an increment upon them.

DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF YOUR NETWORTH AND BALANCE. It also calculate the balance which is even not counted in your networh like faction armory balance and company balance.

This amount calculated is calculated checking the LATEST VALUE of those shares accurate to the second!

You can see detailed breakdown and select, deselect any of these anytime to not include them in your balance.

Me personally, I don't like investing in CBD this early. As you can see, u can freely edit it and you will not be suggested for those stocks in future.

I received suggestions from you guys to add :

• For company owners, add in a feature to reduce the weekly advertising budget and employee wages from company vault. Done.
• When suggesting for stock, add the stock icon there so that the user can identify the stock better while buying it. Done.
• In pda the size should be reduced a little. Potentially considering dragging button here and there but could be messy. Done.
• Give option to select/deselect extra stock shares. -> More control   Done.
• Give a close button for the suggestion box. The time it stays sometimes is too much, or reduce time. Done.
• Fit the button in pda even more so in mid so it doesn't disturb at all. Done.
• Tell how much monthly u are earning from increments currently monthly. Done.
• Fix a small bug that first time registering gives u notification that you've finished all. Plus look into how some people using in pda have to put api key a lot frequently. (Very rare) Fixed.
• Check bug in prices being stuck, consider making api calls to check the price to update in real time through user. Fixed.
• Add Bank accessing merits nd everything.
• Give control to people how long they want the messages about recommendations to show. 0 being it keep showing for infinity time and user manually presses close button, else give seconds. Done.
• Clear message specifying it's paid should be good instead of something went wrong. Although may confuse users who have purchased it when they see a message that it's paid and get frustrated thinking they have to pay again Done
• Give separate options to include some armor etc. Implementing this separately as a armor section to exclude armor should be gud and additional api calls will be made for checking value of the relevant armor each time.

Why do U need Torn Company Manager?

• Tax Payments: If u take tax payments from your employees u can easily track all the transactions and customize it whatever way u want. Payment in money or items, change tax for a certain employee. Or anything and its so convenient it takes u to the profiles of employees who didn't pay. Supported for 90 days and tested upto 900 days 💀.
• Tracking trains: U can easily track who u trained upto 90 days and the days are freely customizable and easy to check anytime.
• Addiction: Has a command with which u can easily check who is above a certain addiction number and for employees who exceed that, easy shortcuts to go to their profiles to tell them "Go R*hab Yourselves" ^_^.
• Employee Effectiveness and details: Just run a simple command to get all company employees details and working stats sorted employees by their total effectiveness to the company.
• Company Details: Get all your company details such as bank balance, members, advertising balance, funds, available trains etc just by running a single command.
• Multiple company owners: Easily switch between your companies and your company directors can use the bot simultaneously without any problems. Doesn't matter if u own 10!. 
• Transparency: All of the data is shown neatly in a detailed table or other structure made for just that command. U will be able to easily understand whats happening.
• DATA SECURITY: It doesn't need to keep your data constantly to run. The key is handled safely on the server which no one can access but if u are worried , Just run the basic few commands every week then delete your data at anytime and even delete your key. Without further ado Let's get started.

• /register -> Start with /register to register ur api key. The bot checks if it's valid, pulls your player info and registers u in the database.

• /fetch -> Next is /fetch which pulls all your current employees into the bot. This command makes the database for your employees into a table and everything, it sets the weekly tax for them to 0 initially which can be set using /set_tax. 

These two were the absolute essential commands u need to do before trying to use the bot.

• /import -> Now /import is where the real tracking happens. This command scans your Torn logs and matches payments to your employees. You need to specify what type you're tracking - either money or items. If you pick items, you also need to say which item - either xanax or erotic_dvd. Those are the only two items supported right now. The days parameter lets you set how far back to check, defaults to 7 if you don't specify it, and you can go up to 90 days max. There's also a message parameter that filters transactions - if you use it, the bot only counts payments that have that specific text in the message field. So /import type:money days:14 checks cash payments from the past two weeks. Or /import type:items item:xanax days:7 tracks Xanax received in the past week. Or /import type:money days:30 message:tax only counts money transfers that have "tax" written in the message over the past 30 days. Really important to understand - every time you run import, it completely resets and recalculates from scratch. So a fresh start.

This command will also take into calculations the giveaway data, if anyone of your employees have won any giveaway for the week, it will not tax them for that week. Say X won giveaway on 7th and u import for 7 days on 12th, the tax X will have to pay will be zero. Similarly it can take into amount of the data upto 90 days, flawlessly. Deducting tax accordingly.

Days can be added to change the interval of time u want to track to any number of days till 90.

Message: Only the transactions by employees containing this message will be tracked. 

• /show_data -> The /show_data command gives you a clean table view of everything. Every employee with their name, position, what they've paid, what they owe, their payment status, and a link to their profile.
  
         
  

• /check_tax -> Use /check_tax to see who's paid and who hasn't. You get a summary at the top showing how many paid, how many unpaid, and total employees. Then it lists all the unpaid people with how much they're short, then lists paid people with what they sent. At the bottom of the message you get clickable buttons that link directly to the profiles of unpaid employees. 

As said, it will take into consideration the giveaway data.

• /set_tax -> For changing tax amounts, use /set_tax amount:1500000 to change everyone at once. There's a type parameter you can add like /set_tax amount:100 type:items which just changes the tax to items. This gets setup for each week, and say if u set tax 15m and import for 28 days or 30, the tax counted will be 60m when u do /show_data or /check_tax

Supports items too!

• /set_employee_tax -> If you need to change tax for just one specific person, use /set_employee_tax with their Torn ID and the amount, like /set_employee_tax torn_id: amount:500000.

• /trains: There's /trains which is really useful for tracking employee development. You give it a days parameter like /trains days:14 and it gets data of exactly how much u have trained which employee in the past days. The list is sorted so employee with most trains received comes on top.

• /trains_payment: U just put in the price per train u charge, then put in amount of days u wanna track for (if u don't default is 7 days.) And it will show u detailed data of who's paid enough and who still owes u and how much as well. Those who haven't paid, it will give u a link to their profile.

• /company_details: For company analytics, /company_details pulls a snapshot of your company's current state - bank balance, total value, popularity, efficiency, environment, advertising budget, trains available, and all your upgrade levels.Also /company_details now shows daily and weekly income with company age, rating and number of employees.

Cannot provide picture as I don't own a company and this is only visible for Directors. Shows Completely accurate data.

• /employee_details: Then /employee_details gives you a deep dive into every employee's stats. Shows their working stats which are manual labor, intelligence, and endurance. Shows their full effectiveness breakdown with the total percentage plus all the individual bonuses from working stats, settled time, merits, director education, books, and addiction penalties. Also shows their current status and last action time. The list is sorted by total effectiveness with highest at the top.

• /addiction_check: The /addiction_check limit: command focuses specifically on addiction penalties. It splits your employees into two groups - high addiction which is anyone with 8% penalty or more (default. U can change this by providing your own) , and normal which is everyone else. Shows the exact penalty percentage for everyone. And in the end it also gives buttons to profiles of employees with 8 or above addiction so u can tell them to "Go R*hab Yourself" ^_^.

• /my_companies: Show the companies u have registered under your name. Useful if u own multiple companies and register them.

This company is just where i work at tho. i didn't make this bot only working for directors as i couldn't test it then. But only those i manually add in my code can use the bot so don't worry for other people using this bot. 

• /switch_company: This is where the bot really shines. The active company concept means only one company is active at any given time, and every command applies to that active company. When you register a new company it automatically becomes active and your previous one goes inactive. Use /my_companies to see all the companies you've registered. It shows each company's name, ID, your director name for that company, whether it's active or inactive, and when you registered it. Active companies are marked with a checkmark, inactive ones with a white circle. If you have multiple companies and want to switch which one you're working on, use /switch_company. This opens a dropdown menu showing all your companies with their names, director names, and IDs so you know exactly which one you're picking. Select one and it becomes your active company immediately. All future commands will apply to that company until you switch again. Each company maintains completely separate employee lists, tax settings, and payment records. Nothing ever crosses between companies. The bot remembers which company is active even if you close Discord and come back later.

As I don't own multiple i wont be able to show u but it works as I have clients who own 4 companies and use it with no complaints.

• /stock: Use /stock to get info about the stock currently In Stock, On Order, Items sold, Sales Worth, And number of products.

• /stock_details: Use /stock_details to get detailed info about all the stock and all products currently and everything about it.

• /delete: If you need to remove a company, use /delete with your API key and optionally a company ID. The API key requirement is a security measure so nobody else can delete your data. If you specify a company_id like /delete key:[API key removed] company_id:12345 it deletes just that company. If you only have one company registered you can skip the company_id and it'll delete your only company. When you delete a company, all its employee data and payment records get wiped completely. If you delete your active company and you have other companies registered, the bot automatically activates your most recently registered one.

• /help -> The /help command shows a quick reference of all available commands organized by category like setup commands, multi-company commands, and data commands. Makes it easy to remember what's available.

• /giveaway_winner:> Use this command to add a giveaway winner in database anytime, it has parameter days if u need to add entry for past assuming if u missed some. Just put the id of employees in.

• /giveaway_data:> Using this command u can check all data of the giveaways winners. I've limited giveaway data to 365 days.

• /edit_giveaway_data :> Lets u freely add or delete giveaway data easily. 

This took me a week's worth of sleepless nights and continuous upgrades to make. 

I hope my efforts help y'all in your company.

The creator ShAdOwCrEsT [3929345] has clearly worked hard on it and is constantly updating things to make sure you have the best experience possible .

And if you do have issues just message them they respond quickly and will resolve your issue quickly too

As a director  I don't think I can go back to not using the bot to be honest

It does everything you can think of and if you happen to find something it doesn't do add it to their feature idea list you never know it may get added

1. Add an option to manually edit tax for each employee.  Done.

15. If number of days is less than 7, count that as a week instead of rounding off to 0.

I understand where you're coming from, as long as the keys aren't being used for making calls to bazaar endpoints or say anything thats not intended for the script use I guess it isn't that important to completely mention that. Builds initial trust is all, and actually in the dev u mentioned, all his projects do usually share the common knowledge of what the keys will do as they're paid and people are kept in loop. Same for many of mine for example, I dont have a site. 

Your verbal commitment is good for me personally, if u want to build more user trust with top hof ones in future so they use ur script, u can consider more official transparency on details later. 

There's only one problem I've got with using it, nd I'm sure many many others will have it too

That the tos is too widely mentioned. "Will be used in future KAL products", "tools for personal gain" "competitive advantage" nd much more things. U mention using for verification, but other than that not any real usage of api key is required/mentioned here. 

Anyone's best guess is we may just be powering some other mugbot or services like that which we don't have access to, can you address this ? 

Torn rules SPECIFICALLY MENTION that the user needs to know EXACTLY what requests his keys are making. 

Currently, the tos fails to follow that completely. 

Once it does, I'm 100 percent sure if it works as advertised it'll be another big project nd id recommend it myself

You will find below that the profile selection api call is returning false info. As u might notice, the relative section should have been showing 11 minutes ago. 

I couldn't find the time to test out if there is any issue coming with other api fields or anything as well. Hopefully not.
