When I followed the guide to the abandoned cottage it says my princess is in another castle that I am a cheater for following an old guide. Anyone have the new coordinates please

Has anyone finished this one? The reindeer sleds just aren't there so I walked. And I have followed the map on the frozen lake but don't get transported to the penguin. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?
