My suggestion is a new type of company, like the title says. One that is in the Education business. One can take a Education job, but there are no possibilities to have your own company in Education yet.
The company would have specials that would:
1 Star - Study Break (1 JP) - Active - Get +50 energy for the next working session (to simulate recharging after study).
3 Stars - Tutoring (20 JP) - Active - Choose someone to receive a +10% working‐stat gain (manual, intelligence, endurance) for next 24h.
5 Stars - Accelerated Studying - Passive - All employees get −10% completion time for any education/training courses while in this company.
7 Stars - Mentor Programme (50 JP) - Active - Reduce the completion time for someone's current study or education by X%/X amount of time.
10 Stars - Scholar's Insight (250 JP) - Active - Spend Job Points to instantly complete one ongoing education course. (Course must have less than 7 days remaining.)
Real life examples would be:
Coursera (platform for online courses and study help)
Pearson (company that provides educational publishing and services)
Barnes & Noble Education (operates campus bookstores and provides other services to colleges and universities)
Main concern that it could be OP if not properly balanced. Let me know what you guys think about it!

First Elimination for me, and I genuinely had a blast. I gave it my best, fought the good fight, and enjoyed every minute of our glorious descent into “this is definitely rigged” territory.
Thanks for the fun, the chaos, and the theories. We may have been eliminated, but we were never truly defeated. Also a special thanks to our cult leaders, push captains and all other helpers!
